* At this introductory rate of $350 USD to $450 USD  per night covers 10 people {that’s only $35 to $45 per person per night} Covers 10 people. Over 10 people is an additional $35 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is 20 people.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is due to secure your booking. Rates are not guaranteed until this has been paid.
• The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• A $250 security deposit must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within one week of departure if no damages are reported.
